Our center offers several groups during the course of the year. EXPRESSIVE ART THERAPY has been created to help children cope with their problems using art. PARENTING SUPPORT GROUPS have been successful helping parents cope with the many stressors of raising children. NEW BEGINNINGS is a group designed for the older individuals who have faced many changes and life transitions.

We also offer special support to veterans and their families in the form of individual, family, and group counseling. These services are specifically designed to address the emotional difficulties and life adjustments that military families often experience. We are currently registered with Give an Hour, an organization who supports mental health services for our U.S. troops and their family members.
